We love what we do!

Local Sustainable Tallow

I love sourcing my beef fat from just a few miles away, knowing it keeps something useful from ending up in a landfill while supporting local farms. Staying close to home not only helps me live and work more sustainably, it also means I can render the fat down myself, keeping the tallow wholesome and true from start to finish. It’s a simple, old-fashioned process that feels right for both my life and my business.

Recycled Packaging

I keep my packaging simple and low-waste, using as little as possible and choosing recycled materials whenever I can. Plastics are avoided as much as possible, and I make a point to reuse what I have on hand—whether that’s shredded cardboard, paper, or other repurposed materials. On the rare occasion extra padding is needed, I reach for biodegradable packing peanuts. Every choice is made with sustainability in mind, keeping both my soaps and my business as kind to the earth as possible.

Small Handmade Batches

Every bar of my soap is made by hand in small batches, usually no more than 10–60 at a time. They’re never mass-produced—just me, carefully crafting each one from start to finish. I source several of my ingredients locally, and some botanicals even come straight from my own yard. With every batch, I do my best to keep the process as environmentally conscious as possible, so each bar carries not only good ingredients, but also good intentions.
